The Garret is a small workspace in the village of Catskill, NY, inside the Foreland Bookhouse. Three to five members, selected for fit, sharing a loft with high beams, good light, dedicated ergonomic desks, and excellent wifi.
It's made for people actively building things with AI (video, audio, agents, AI-powered apps, multimedia, product experiments, prototyping, etc). Members bring their own practice.
This is not an incubator or a cohort program. It's a calm, considered place for your creative work - with an occasional Friday beer hour to share what we're working on. This field moves too fast for anyone to track solo. We think sitting near others accelerates everyone.
$300 / month
Month-to-month. 30 days' notice from either party to end. We touch base at the 30-day and 90-day marks to make sure it's working for everyone.
